Gencast Design Technical Director Dennis Low is appointed as Judge of the inaugural SolidWorks Skills Competition Regional Finals 2011. Where there are 3 participants from Singapore, 3 from Malaysia, 3 from South Korea and 2 from India. These students are selected from the country-level competitions held in the month of October.

The iDive Life Jacket System designed(Ergonomics and Firing mechanism)by Gencast Design wins the CHIEF OF ARMY INNOVATION AWARD. Gencast Design continues to develop the product towards mass production.

Gencast Design Pte Ltd is appointed as "Commercialization Partner" for Red Dot Design Concept Award Winners 2007.

A talk on "Time to Market" was conducted by Technical Director Dennis Low to an international group of design concept winners.
